Everything You Need for a Smooth & Simple Fundraiser
- Starting Your Fundraiser: Take the first step by contacting American Promotions via email or calling (800) 853-2623. Share your fundraising goals, and we’ll guide you through the process.
- Email to Organization: We will create a detailed letter explaining the fundraiser and providing students, parents, family members, and friends with all the information they need to participate. The completed letter will be emailed to your organization for distribution to parents and students.
- Registration & Campaign Code: Students receive a campaign code to access the online shopping portal and enter their supporters’ email addresses and contact information.
- Purchase of Products: Supporters shop through the online portal and purchase the products they want. Their orders are shipped directly to their homes.
- Completion of Fundraiser: After orders have shipped, your organization receives a refund check with the proceeds from student sales, along with the program results.
